Media Credential Application Form

Media members interested in covering the State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships must apply for a media credential, which can be found below.

All applications must be complete by Tuesday, March 31. Any applications submitted after the deadline may not be considered.

Media approved for a credential will be sent additional event information.
